fix FileReader bugs
* Reset() and SetFilePos() should flush old buffer
* make GetFilePos() work immediately after SetFilePos()
* refactor Reset() to use SetFilePos()
* refactor FindNewLine() to use GetFilePos()
* remove useless GetBufPos()
