Patch and make trustEmptySnapshot configurable.
Need to include FileTxnSnapLog verbatim until ZooKeeper 3.5.6 is released to be able to upgrade to ZooKeeper 3.5 in cases where there is a ZooKeeper transaction log, but no snapshot
